If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, 100 percent of the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra bed

All children are welcome. One child under 1 years stays free of charge when using existing beds. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Wi-fi is available in public areas and costs GBP 2 per hour.

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking

Public parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and costs GBP 15 per day.

A deposit equal to 100 per cent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking. The deposit will be refunded within 28 days If your reservation is cancelled in line with the cancellation policy. Please note that the suites do not currently have lift access. Stylotel will add an additional 4% to payments made using an American Express card (this includes the initial deposit).
